At the base of Mt Shasta at the north end of the Shasta Valley near Edgewood, CA.  Interstate 5 to exit 751 to Jackson Ranch Rd.  Left on Dwinnell will bring you to the Jackson Bluffs Gate on the left.

Lots range in size from 2.5 acres to 29 acres.  Each lot is a designated preserve with a >1 acre building area within its boundaries.  Each lot conveys deeded access to a walking and horse trail to a water conservation lake with hundreds of acres of wetlands.
